APEL Tennis Club is a civil association of amateur tennis players, registered with decision No 1 from the 18 December 2007 under the Law for non-profit legal entities. The association is established to implement the following goals, in accordance with its statute:

• To unite the interests of its members in assisting the development and popularization of tennis in Bulgaria;

• To create the conditions necessary for the systematic practice of this sport by the club’s members and third persons;

• To popularize and assist the development of this sport among children and youths, as well as to attract and train a new generation of competitive tennis players;

• To ensure and organize the participation of club members and young athletes in tennis tournaments on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad;

• To cooperate with the state and municipal authorities, the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and other Bulgarian and International sporting organizations, with a view to popularize and develop this sport in the Republic of Bulgaria.
